Bug: everal implements show 0 for work width on store screen.

– You will have to sell and buy again those tools.
– I am temporarily keeping the cultivatorWithPlow custom vehicle type, but it will be removed in a future version.
– This was due to default plow configuration set to 0m and had no issue with the real work width.
– Anyway, fixed for the following using configuration sets & vehicle type configurations (instead of custom cultivatorWithPlow)
