New gameplay feature
Visual upgrades, new maps, machines, and even water to grow rice.
Gameplay, crops, animals, and machines: Farming Simulator farmers will be able to manage their farming lands in a new East Asian region filled with rice fields. What is more, a North American landscape with lots of open space or a Central European location with green fields and rivers.
New crops
Grow two types of rice, spinach, and other new crops, with more than 20 varieties.
New animals
Buffaloes and other animals will receive a new Asian map, while new production chains and buildings will offer more income opportunities.
More Machines
We can enjoy over 400 vehicles, tools, and items from over 150 brands, including Case IH, CLAAS, Fendt, John Deere, Kubota, Massey Ferguson, New Holland, Valtra, and many more. With Asian agriculture, new specialized vehicle implements and tools will be included.
GIANTS Engine 10
Our impressions so far: The game will use the same engine, but the graphics engine has been improved. The environment has been majorly overhauled, including a new lighting system for day and night, fog, and the sun’s behavior throughout the seasons. Finally, the long-awaited “terrain deformation” feature has arrived, which we’ve been hoping for since FS17.
Improved engine technology updates graphics, physics, and nature, such as fog, shadows, dynamic weather effects, and water.
