Shredded Straw Addon v1.0.0.0 LS25
This mod integrates into all maps and adds a new filltype for shredded straw. Shredded straw can be sold in loose form or used for the production of TMR.
Normal straw swaths are shredded with standard machines and converted into shredded straw, which improves digestion in cows and thus also their well-being.
The straw can be processed using standard machines, i.e., shredded in a trailer, tipped directly into the hay storage facility or sold.
Shredded straw can either be sold or used for feed production. Mixed feed produced with the feed mixer wagon is only possible with normal straw.
Shredded straw can be used for TMR only via the included placeable TMR mixer; the ingame feed mixer wagon works only with regular straw.
The pack includes a modified round baler that can accept standard chopped material (but not shredded straw) via a hopper. A real baler modified in this way, with a hopper for chaff, actually exists in Germany. The modified forage harvesaters, which are also included in the pack, can be attached directly to the baler, so that bales can be produced in a single operation during chopping.
