62×100 Cold Storage Shed v1.0.0.0 LS25
This is a simple cold storage building, perfect for storing equipment on a small to medium-sized American farm. It’s modeled after a real-life structure and is apart of the same IRL farm as my 100×55 shop.
While the shed is more minimal, I have added detail I could think of — aiming for the highest quality possible.
Requirements:
Make sure to download ThundR’s Design Kit if you haven’t already.

Custom tin and garage door textures
Snow mask on the roof that dynamically changes with snowfall
Rain effects on the tin when it rains
Fully animated 25×16 foot garage door with a custom LiftMaster H-Series opener
Custom lights
Triggers & Key Locations:
Light triggers are located at the light switches – press R to toggle
Garage door trigger is next to the man door, where you can find the control center.
Slide door triggers are located next to each door
Man door triggers are at the base of the doors
